Renewals
Annual renewals can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal charge. After that window, cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
How refunds are processed
Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You can also request a refund directly through the link in any Paddle receipt email.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime from the Billing page or the Paddle receipt link — online, no phone calls, effective at the end of the current period. See the Terms of Service for the full subscription terms.
